Smax-N cyclones employ a large cone angle design. A larger cone angle results in a faster centrifugal force change rate, causing finer particles to rapidly enter the inner vortex. Meanwhile, the concentration of fluid in the conical section is relatively high, preventing the overflow of fine particles into the outer vortex caused by local circulation flow. It's suitable for conditions where the raw material has a high proportion of fine particles and a large cyclone overflow volume is required.
