SPKJ® SPGR teeter bed separator is a kind of disturbance settlement separation equipment that generates turbulent flow in the separator by using rising water flow. 1. SPKJ® SPGR uses an involute feed well to quickly stabilize the turbulent slurry flow and prevent disturbance of the coarse sorted slime.

2. The bottom of the device uses ultra-wear-resistant polyurethane material turbulence plugs with anti-blocking design, effectively reducing turbulence while ensuring the continuous and even flow of upward water.

3. SPKJ® SPGR is equipped with a new underflow discharge valve to ensure the stability of discharge.

4. It is equipped with KOSO electro-hydraulic actuator, which makes the positioning accuracy of the underflow valve higher, and has an oil level alarm function, which makes the operation more reliable.The protection level of  the electro-hydraulic actuator is lP65, and the power is only 150w with low energy consumption.

5. SPKJ® SPGR is equipped with E+H high-precision sensor, whose protection level is IP68 with a high safety factor. Bed density is accurate to 0.00lg/cm3 for high precision density control.

6. SIEMENS PLC programmable controller: The command operation speed of the controller is 0.22us, which makes the signal acquisition, analysis and execution faster and ensures the system's high-precision sorting.
