1.The exciting frame is connected with the screen box. When the screen box vibrates in a straight line, it drives the exciting frame to carry out the second near-resonance vibration. The linear vibration of the screen machine and the resonant cleaning vibration of the exciting frame are realized when a group of vibration sources provide the driving force.
2. The screen surface support structure employs an arc design, allowing materials to be distributed twice, further increasing the chance and duration of material contact with the screen surface, thus enhancing the screening effect. It is equipped with a secondary pulping buffer trough, utilizing integrated molded polyurethane to ensure the effect of secondary pulping. The device also includes a water spray feature witha fan-shaped polyurethane nozzle, allowing independent control of the washing water volume.
3. The oblique cylindrical shear rubber spring, in conjunction with the auxiliary vibration upright rubber spring, improves the screen's operational reliability by adjusting the stiffness of the shear and support spring and reducing the workload of the shear spring.
4. The screen frame employs specially designed shear springs for suspension support, resulting in low noise, low power consumption, and minimal dynamic loads on the equipment, requiring no special foundation for installation.
5. The screen box as a whole is constructed using high-quality alloy high-strength steel plates, while the support frame is fabricated from Q345B channel steel which adopt integral cutting process. The screen machine is riveted and coated with PU, ensuring the equipment's long-term reliability and stability.
