The SHS series Arc vibrating screen ( arc screen ) is primarily used in coal selection plants and ore dressing plants for preliminary dewatering, desliming and descaling operations. The vibrating arc screen is generally installed before a power screen (such as banana screen, linear screen, etc.) to reduce the power screen's area. It boasts a simple structure, small footprint, effective dewatering and descaling, ease of maintenance, and resistance to material clogging, Alternatively, it can be used after the coal slurry hydrocyclone in the coal slurry recovery process for further dewatering to achieve the feed concentration for the centrifugal dewatering machine. The screen consists of angles of 45°, 53°, 60°, and a curvature radius of 1018-2030mm. The screen box is compose of the screen frame, arc screen surface, pivot turning structure, and vibration motor. The screen box can rotate180° to extend the screen surface's lifespan.
