SPB Wear-Resistant Ceramic Composite Material

The SPB materials is a synthetic technique. It is synthesized from high content alumina ceramic particle reinforcement and 100% non-contractile base. SPB synthetic material combines the high wear resistance of high aluminum ceramics with the convenient use of two-component epoxy resin. The operating temperature range is from -25 ℃ to 150℃ , and it boasts excellent resistance to acids, alkalis, salts, and oils. Its acid resistance includes any concentration of hydrochloric acid, a sulfuric acid concentration of less than 75% and other strong oxidizing acids like nitric acid at concentrations less than 5%. It can be employed for the rapid of various wear-prone equipment, such as hydrocyclones, pump casings, slurry pipelines, etc., protecting them from medium scouring , wear and other aggressive environmental factors.
